If you are not happy with any purchase from My Bamboo Limited, you can return it within 14 days and we’ll replace it immediately or refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.

A returns form with full instructions is downloadable from our website here. You are not legally obligated to use this form, however, you are still required to submit all the relevant information so that we may process your returns more efficiently.
Please complete the returns form and include it with all returns.
My Bamboo Limited do not offer a free return’s service, unless the goods are faulty or have been shipped incorrectly, in which case we will refund the postage on receipt of the goods. If you want to make an exchange due to a sizing issue, simply return the item in an ‘AS NEW’* condition and we shall ship a replacement. We do not refund postage.
We aim to process returns within 7 days of receipt the item. Confirmation of a refund, if applicable will be sent to the account holder via email or post.
For exchanged items, please allow two weeks from the date you sent your parcel for exchanged items to arrive.
*AS NEW condition means that the item is unused, unworn, without marks from food, makeup, grease, dirt, deodorant etc. The goods must also be returned neatly folded in its original packaging, with all original labels attached.
How to exchange an item
If you require an exchange of any product purchased, please email email@example.com with the original order number, what you want to return, and give details of the size, colour and code of the replacement item.
