A. All qualities have been tested extensively and research has denoted that the garments are as described.
Q. What are the Benefits of Registering an Account on our Website?
A. When you register an account, this opens up a whole range of options available to you. Multiple addresses can be stored (friends and family), voucher details are held on ‘My Account’ once you are logged in to your profile. You can also change basic information and update your profile at any time.
Q. How can I tell if an Item is Available?
A. Our website will show if an item is 'In-Stock', if a product is unavailable, the website will advise, where possible, as to when the item should be back in stock and on sale. You can also give us a call or email us to get an idea of timescale.
Q. Where Can I find more Information about a Product You Sell?
Our website will always display an, in-depth description of our products; however, if you have further questions, you can give us a call.
Q. How do I Place an Order with My Bamboo?
A. Orders can be placed directly via our website; alternatively, you can place orders at our events, or by telephone and email and you will be sent a pro-forma invoice. We are happy to accept cheques by post with orders too if you do not have access to online ordering.
Q. Can I Purchase securely on your Website ?
A. Absolutely, our checkout is highly encrypted using a Secured Socket Layer Encryption. Statistics show that online transactions are the safest form of credit card payment keeping you details safe and secure. Please see our ‘Privacy and Security Policy’ for further information.
Q. Can I Redeem Gift Certificates or Coupons Online?
A. You certainly can. When you get to the checkout page, there is an option to redeem vouchers at this stage, at which time the voucher value will be deducted from your total. Any balance will be held on your account for when you next login.
Q. Do I have to pay VAT?
A. All orders shipped within the UK shall be subject to Value Added Tax (Excluding Children's Clothing as they are exempt). Orders shipped to EU countries shall depend on if the receiver is VAT registered or not, and may be subject to import tax.
Goods shipped to countries outside of the UK or EU shall be shipped FOB (Freight on Board), and will therefore be liable for import tax upon arrival into the country of its destination.
Q. What Guarantees do My Bamboo Offer?
A. My Bamboo strives for quality produce each and every time we source product lines/items, however, should you find that any of our products are not up to an acceptable standard, or arrive damaged, they can be returned to us via our ‘Returns Policy’.
*Please note that we quality check every item before it is dispatched. Upon delivery, please inspect the item(s), and if you do discover a damaged/defective item, please submit a claim (with supporting photos) within 7 days from date of receipt.
Q. How do I Track an Order?
A. All orders are shipped and tracked via the postal service or courier (whichever is the most cost effective for the client, unless urgent shipping is selected on the website). We will email you an order status update which will display the method of despatch and will also send you the tracking number.
Q. My Order Hasn’t Arrived, or Items are Missing from My Order?
A. Please check the tracking reference, if the goods have been delivered according to the tracking number, please call us to report that you have not received it and we will investigate the matter.
A. If you order has arrived incomplete; please check the dispatch note to ensure that the goods have been ticked as confirmed for despatch. If any goods have not been shipped (if they were on back-order when you placed the order), these will show ‘to follow’. If there is no to follow, and you are short delivered, please contact us within 3 days of receipt of order.
Q. When Will My Back-Order Arrive?
A. If you have chosen to opt for a part shipment as the some of the goods you have chosen are not available at the time of order, we shall ship the goods as soon as they arrive back into stock. We will always update you throughout the process and give you an ETA (estimated time of arrival) for the balance of your goods.
